Refund Policy
This policy explains when DexCue may review refund requests for software purchases.

1. General rule
DexCue software purchases are generally non-refundable once a license key has been issued, an activation has been generated, or the purchased access has otherwise been used, except where required by law.
2. Limited review window
If no license key or activation has been used for the purchase, DexCue may review refund requests submitted within 7 days of the original transaction. Approval is discretionary unless refund rights are required by applicable law.
3. Subscription cancellation
Cancelling a subscription stops future renewal. It does not automatically create a refund for the current billing period unless required by law or expressly approved by DexCue.

For refund or billing questions, contact support@dexcue.com. Approved payment reversals are processed through the relevant payment provider.
