Terms of Service
These terms govern use of DexCue products, accounts, subscriptions, downloads, hosted services, and related support.

1. Agreement and service
DexCue provides live production software, hosted account services, licensing, downloads, activation systems, and related billing and support tools. By accessing or using DexCue, creating an account, or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials, limiting access to your account, and ensuring the information you provide is accurate and current. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account unless caused directly by our breach of security obligations.
3. Subscriptions and renewal
Paid plans renew automatically on the monthly or yearly billing interval selected at checkout unless cancelled before renewal. Separate purchases may create separate subscriptions, license keys, and host limits. Pricing, taxes, and renewal terms are presented before checkout is completed. Payment card entry and storage are handled by Stripe or another designated payment processor, not by DexCue storing your full card details directly.
4. Cancellation, suspension, and discontinuation
Paid subscriptions may be cancelled through the billing tools we provide or through support when a purchase is managed directly by DexCue. Cancelling stops future renewal, but access may continue until the end of the current paid period unless otherwise stated. DexCue may suspend, modify, limit, or discontinue any product feature, hosted service, download, or activation flow at any time, with or without notice, including for maintenance, security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or product sunset.
5. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, interfere with licensing systems, attempt to bypass host or subscription limits, reverse engineer activation controls except where law expressly permits it, resell access without permission, or use DexCue in violation of law or third-party rights.
6. Beta, experimental, and hosted service risk
Some DexCue features may be beta, experimental, or dependent on hosted systems. Beta or hosted functionality may be unavailable, changed, or removed at any time. You are responsible for your own production readiness decisions, local redundancy, device testing, show backups, and operational contingency planning.
7. No uptime or continuity guarantee
DexCue does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, continued hosting, continued activation infrastructure, recovery of stored account data, or that any particular feature will remain available for any minimum period. Service interruptions, outages, degraded performance, maintenance windows, data loss, sync delays, and permanent shutdown of hosted systems may occur.
8. Intellectual property
DexCue software, branding, site content, downloads, and licensing systems remain the property of DexCue Labs and its licensors. A purchase grants only a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the applicable product within the scope of the plan purchased.
9. Warranty disclaimer
To the fullest extent allowed by law, DexCue is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, or uninterrupted operation.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, DexCue Labs and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and licensors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost revenue, lost profits, lost business, loss of data, show interruption, replacement costs, loss of goodwill, or business interruption arising from or related to DexCue. This includes outages, activation failures, sync delays, server shutdowns, discontinuation of hosted services, or removal of product features. To the fullest extent allowed by law, DexCue Labs’ total aggregate liability for any claim related to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to DexCue for the affected service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DexCue Labs from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from your misuse of DexCue, your violation of these terms, or your violation of applicable law or third-party rights.
12. Refunds
Refunds are limited. If no license key or activation has been used for the relevant purchase, DexCue may, at its discretion, provide a refund request review within 7 days of purchase. After license issuance or activation use, payments are generally non-refundable except where required by law. See the Refund Policy for more detail.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Puerto Rico and applicable United States law, excluding conflict-of-law rules, except to the extent mandatory consumer protection law requires otherwise.
