2. What to include for faster help
- Host nickname and what install mode you are using (Host or Client).
- App version and OS platform of the affected machine.
- Whether Web Control Panel is enabled and the URL you are using (for example
http://<host-ip>:8086). - Whether the issue affects one Host or multiple Hosts on your network.
- Any relevant screenshots or exact error text.
3. Licensing and billing help
Pro features are licensed per Host timer system/display. Clients connect to Hosts. For billing changes, you can also use your DexCue account billing portal when available.
